Global Mission Nepal, an indigenous mission movement, has impacted more than 200 Nepalese pastors since its launch in 2014. We have successfully equipped these pastors and hundreds of believers across Nepal who faithfully witness Christ. Our movement extends globally, with leadership training provided in over 12 countries where Nepalese are migrating for work, study, and business. Your partnership can engage both churches-related ministry and social sectors.
Church Related Ministries: Church-related ministry can support new church planting, training church planters, leadership development, equipping believers, children ministry, youth ministry, women ministry, and helping local church construction.
Social work in the church Community: You can engage purely in the social sector that our leadership is engaging. If you have a heart for the social sector, you can help people experiencing poverty in the community, orphans, work to save girls' lives from human traffickers, provide education to poor kids, etc. We invite you to make a short-term mission trip to our churches and be an integral part of our mission movement. Geographically, Nepalese are no longer just the local South Asians; they are now part of the global community. In the Nepalese context, poverty, illiteracy, limited opportunities, and caste discrimination have existed since the very formation of Nepal. Lack of opportunity drives people to search for a better life and a higher standard of living within the country. When their expectations and desire for a better life are not attainable within Nepal, many young Nepali men and women emigrate to neighboring countries, such as India, Thailand, and the Middle East in order to achieve their dream. This search for betterment is not limited to simply traveling to Asian nations; Nepali youth are also migrating to European nations and North America with the hope of even greater opportunities.
It is amazing to see that people from the relatively small
land-locked nation of Nepal are dispersing worldwide.
In
2014, Global Mission Nepal is birthed to reach Diaspora Nepalese through the
love of Jesus Christ is proclaimed,
worshiped, and glorified among the Nepalese local and globally (Matthew
28:19-20; Acts 1:8) that glorify the Creator God who gives purpose of life,
peace, and eternal life through Jesus.
